I had the incredible opportunity to head to Mexico in July to capture Kent+Morgan’s beachside wedding and engagement pictures. Morgan is the owner of Soirees, and is one of Chattanooga’s most respected wedding planners. She reached out to me about her own wedding at the Sandos Caracol resort.
I’ve worked with Morgan many times for other client’s weddings, and I have to say, it’s always a pleasure. She has beautiful style and taste, and the weddings are always some of my favorites. Being chosen to photograph her own wedding with Kent is such an honor, and the experience was unforgettable. She and Kent together are easy to work with and their affection for each other just pops through the camera.
As part of the photography package, clients receive engagements or a photobooth at the wedding. Since we were going to be in Mexico for about a week for the beach wedding, we did their engagement pictures while there. We wanted to change things up a bit from the beach, so we headed into the jungle on a river boat. Being on the riverboat and winding through back waterways of Mexico was such a different experience than my normal engagement shoots.
I absolutely love these pictures and can’t wait to share the beachside wedding pictures from their ceremony!
