Megan and Jacob’s engagement shoot this fall turned out stunningly. These two know exactly what they want and provided a lot of direction, which in turn gave them the pictures they envisioned they’d have.
Most engagement shoots I do are more casual, but with Megan and Jacob, they decided to go the formal route. They put a lot of thought into their outfits and the settings they wanted, making my job easier and more fun. We started out at the Chickamauga Battlefield to get some nature shots in big, open fields and then moved to downtown Chattanooga. To compliment their attire, we shot in and around some historic homes near Georgia Avenue.
Having the opportunity to shoot Megan and Jacob was wonderful, and the pictures have become some of my all time favorite. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding next year – if their engagement shoot was any indication, then I know the wedding will be incredible!
