Gorham’s Bluff in Pisgah, Alabama is the perfect place for wedding photography, and we were so excited to have the opportunity to come back for Jordan+Erica’s day in late April. It’s just a short drive from Chattanooga, making it an ideal location for those that want to get out of the city, but still close enough that it’s an easy drive for guests.

We love having the opportunity to shoot at Gorham’s Bluff because of the spectacular and sweeping views of the Tennessee River and surrounding valley, along with the immaculate grounds of the venue itself – it all made for the perfect location for Jordan+Erica’s wedding photography. It started raining before their ceremony, but cleared up at the last second, giving them a pristine afternoon and evening with some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve seen.

There were so many things I loved about their wedding – Erica’s dress was unique and gorgeous (along with the bridesmaids!), the pop of pink in the bouquet added such a lovely contrast with the greens/whites, and all the small details at the reception really made everything come together perfectly.

I also had the opportunity to capture Jordan+Erica’s engagement session in Jacksonville, FL along the beach. It’s great when a couple has a long engagement and can really plan out the kind of pictures they want, and sometimes, pick a location that has a lot of meaning to them, as was the case for Jordan+Erica. They met in school in Jacksonville, so being able to come back and do their engagement pictures here was important to them, and we were happy to help!

Thank you, Jordan+Erica for allowing me to capture your wedding for you! You are two incredible people, and I wish you the best for this new chapter in your lives!
