Summer Evening Wedding Snooper’s Rock – an evening ceremony near Chattanooga, overlooking the TN River and Gorge.
Jessica+Robbie knew they wanted a ceremony at Snooper’s Rock, and we worked with them to find the best time of day for their date. With a July wedding, we do have to account for the heat, so focusing on an early or late wedding is key. We prefer the evening in the summer because the overlook is fully in the shade, making things cooler. At the same time, the view and river are still in the sunshine, giving the perfect backdrop to the ceremony.
Sunset pictures after leaving the overlook are also some of our favorites to capture! There’s a lovely spot, just off of the mountain along the banks of the TN River that is perfect for this.
