Tennessee Riverplace is a favorite wedding location. It has gorgeous views of the Tennessee River and surrounding mountains, and the pictures always come out great. We do a lot of weddings here, so we can always count on the day running smoothly with their great team.
Troy+Desi had their wedding and reception here this past spring, and it was perfect. This couple has great chemistry together which made their pictures really pop. It was also exciting for us because we did their wedding video, which we are really proud of. They chose the 8 hour package, giving them a 4-5 minute highlight video.
Something we loved is that Troy+Desi decided to do the First Look. This is where the bride+groom see each other before the ceremony. We recommend this because it helps to calm nerves and gives the couple a chance to spend some time together before the excitement of the wedding and reception. It also helps the bride and groom get to the reception more quickly, which means more time with guests.
Tennessee Riverplace does a great job of accommodating for the weather. Due to the slight drizzle of rain, they had a huge tent that provided plenty of room to move and have fun at the reception, which was a ton of fun. Soundforce killed it with the music, which made everyone get up and dance, including the bride+groom. As always, the more people that are dancing, the more fun the reception is!
