A Spring Common House Wedding with Julie+Dylan – a late spring wedding at the historic venue in Chattanooga.
We shoot lots of weddings, elopements, and micro-weddings at outdoor parks, but love getting to work at indoor venues, too. And we absolutely love Common House for it’s unique charm, history, and various spaces.
Common House Chattanooga is nestled on the South Side of Chattanooga, Tennessee. This sophisticated venue offers an eclectic mix of modern design and historic architecture. The space has many different spaces, including lounges, elegant event spaces, a stunning rooftop bar, and swimming pool. Julie+Dylan’s ceremony was outside on the patio under a tent, while the reception moved indoors.
Their wedding was full of Jewish traditions that we loved being able to capture all of them. We worked with Julie and her planners to make sure we had the timeline nailed down to capture each of these important moments.
With their 8 Hour Photo package came an engagement session. Since they live out of town, we did their session only about two weeks before the wedding. We hiked around Chickamauga Battlefield, Common House, and Sunset Rock. This gave them the urban setting for their wedding, and also nature shots at some of the area’s most beautiful spots.
